TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please do so by 5.30pm of the following day. A charge will be made if you cancel or change your order after this time. The products that you have ordered are unique and cannot be resold.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection. Charges will be made for any postage and packing.

The Image studio strives to produce the best quality photographs possible, however as the photographs are hand printed, colors may vary slightly on reorders.

Each photograph is color tested and printed, if necessary basic retouching is carried out on shine, blemishes or natural faults. Extensive retouching can be undertaken at an extra cost.

All prices include current VAT charges. A minimum payment of 50% must be made before commencement of your order. Any outstanding balance must be paid on collection. A valid cheque card must accompany all cheques. Please note that part orders can only be collected one your full order has been paid for.

Orders fully paid for and not collected can only be held for one year. After this time, they will be disposed of. The amount paid is not refundable.

Your images are stored on The Image Studio premises for a period of one year, after this time alternative storage arrangements are made. The copyright of your photographs belongs to The Image Studio. It is an offence to copy the photographs without our written permission. Please let us know if you intend to use your photographs for commercial purposes.

The Image Studio from time to time may use images for display or advertising purposes.
